Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determine internal audit scope and develop & prepare annual audit plans.
∎ Conduct regular and periodic audit & Inspection of offices including group Corporate Office according to management requirement.
∎ Prepare audit report and comments thereon as per internal control system.
∎ Audit the financial statement and bank reconciliation and Checking accuracy of financial data.
∎ Pre-audit of all financial vouchers, bill, etc. and follow-up the daily transactions and evaluate those systems, identify inappropriate and inadequate controls and recommend improvements in procedures and practices.
∎ Physical stock verification and prepare report thereon.
∎ Investigate instances of possible frauds.
∎ Ensuring procedures, policies, rules & regulations are correctly followed and complied with.
∎ Help increase the efficiency, accuracy and quality of operations.
∎ Reviewing discrepancies, operational problems and or other issues.
∎ Examining records, reports, receipts or the documents and compare their company assets and liabilities.
∎ Develop mechanism to ensure that the business is operating efficiently and incompliance with all current regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 7 year (s) experience in related field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounts, Finance & Internal Audit
∎ Capable of freehand report writing on audit/ inspection/ inquiry/ investigation
∎ Strong interpersonal skill to communication with people
