Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To develop and execute sound recovery process·
∎ Provide standard framework with regard to recovery of instalments, recovery cycles etc.
∎ Ensure collection of instalments from the customers on time with high standard of customer service and contact.
∎ Able to build up strong leadership and have teamwork skills.
∎ Setting the recovery strategy and generate the prospect of recovery.
∎ Forecast for recovery plan consequently to meet the assigned targets·
∎ Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and credit collection commitment of officer to the achievement of Territory/ Region objectives and targets·
∎ Has to reduce the overdue (OD) loan as per target to manage any other job in connection with credit collection assigned by the management·
∎ Achieving Monthly Recovery Target.
∎ Monitor daily recovery tracking and recovery variance·         Should be accountable for overall credit collection and achieve the set target.
∎ Provide report on target, performance and justification for business outcome·
∎ To perform any other job as assigned by the authority from time to time
