Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/ Masters Degree specializing in Marketing from any well reputed public and private institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
∎ Market survey/ market research with extensively field visit and find out potential clients.
∎ Arranging advertisement for products, Brand Management and design together to form a cohesive marketing communications campaign for enhancing sales.
∎ Ensure customers queries, problem and issues and all internal & external communication.
∎ Monitor product distribution & consumer reactions maintaining information catalogue and web resource, manage print, online and other media communication designed to promote organizational product services, image and values.
∎ Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystallize targeted consumers insights.
∎ Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to "take action".
∎ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 02 years practical experience in advertising, marketing or media buying is also required.
∎ Position for Corporate Office.
∎ Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
∎ Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
∎ Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets.
∎ Advance computer knowledge especially MS-Office & Ms-Excel.
∎ The incumbent must be willing to work hard with fitness to work long hours.
∎ Good oral communication skills in Bengali and English.
∎ Can do attitude.
