∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc in textile engineering will be given preference.
∎ Education qualification for highly experienced candidate may be relaxed for the position.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full responsibility of denim garments sewing quality.
∎ Need to have proper knowledge on TLS system.
∎ Measuring production & documenting evidence.
∎ Maintain & improves product quality by: Completing product, company system, compliance & surveillance audits.
∎ Support production leads and operators for interpretation and methods following set standards.
∎ Develops & maintains quality assurance objectives & coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with Production Manager.
∎ If any discrepancies happen then it needs to be informed to responsible person.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points & explain to Quality Inspectors.
∎ Coordinate with Management on any requirement that can't be met.
∎ Conduct regular meeting with inspection and audit team to help consistency in teamwork.
∎ Involve as a team player good communication and negotiation skills, self-driven, proactive to solve problem & assure continuous improvements.
∎ Guide to engage team/ organization personnel for new practices and certifications.
∎ Report any deviation in QA system to Head of Quality Team.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Expert in facing various Technical Audit & communication with different buyer with CAP.
∎ Should have knowledge in the Sewing & Washing quality process.
∎ Working experience in a large group of companies & Line Quality Experience.
∎ Should have knowledge in Inspection & Quality Standard Up-gradation & Shipment.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS word, MS excel and MS power point.
∎ Good communication skill in English and Bengali.
