- Have to must experience in Motorbike riding in Dhaka City with valid Driving License.
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant field.
Responsibilities & Context:
Must be pro-active; disciplined; program oriented; target oriented; fruitful & visible achievement is a must.
Having Sound Procurement experience in Real Estate sector like - Cement, Sand, Stone Chips, Aggregate, Admixture, Lubricant & Mechanical etc.
Having smart capable power to negotiate with various suppliers.
Ensure uninterrupted & timely supply of materials to meet concern Projects operation department as requirements.
Ensure best quality of materials with economical rates within the budget.
Ensure quality/standards of all raw materials as per specifications.
Ensure to check the actual/competitive price of different goods and materials by visiting the market frequently. Daily/Weekly/Monthly analytical report to the management.
