Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be pro-active; disciplined; program oriented; target oriented; fruitful & visible achievement is a must.
∎ Having Sound Procurement experience in Real Estate sector like - Cement, Sand, Stone Chips, Aggregate, Admixture, Lubricant & Mechanical etc.
∎ Having smart capable power to negotiate with various suppliers.
∎ Ensure uninterrupted & timely supply of materials to meet concern Projects operation department as requirements.
∎ Ensure best quality of materials with economical rates within the budget.
∎ Ensure quality/standards of all raw materials as per specifications.
∎ Ensure to check the actual/competitive price of different goods and materials by visiting the market frequently. Daily/Weekly/Monthly analytical report to the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have to must experience in Motorbike riding in Dhaka City with valid Driving License.
∎ At least 2 years of experience in relevant field.

Salary: Negotiable
