Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing Technology from any recognized University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Style wise operation bulletin making;
∎ Hourly production follow-up as per given target;
∎ Line balancing & proper manpower allocation;
∎ Introduce new method & implement accordingly;
∎ Requesting machines, folders and attachment requirement well in advance based on scheduled production plan;
∎ Bottle neck operation – identify and eradicate;
∎ Conducting capacity study of individuals and fix their target after 3 days from the style starts;
∎ Enhance the total sewing efficiency;
∎ Ability to work under pressure & take challenges;
∎ Required good commination skill;
∎ Ability to work in a team & maintain good interpersonal relationship.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have 2-3 years working experience in any reputed woven denim bottom manufacturing factory.

Salary: Negotiable
