∎ Diploma/BSC in Textile Eng.
∎ Any third class not allowed
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ You will be responsible for timely attend to office on scheduled time.
∎ Maintaining the shift & guiding the shift subordinates.
∎ Coordinate with Lab Sr. Executive with different official matter.
∎ In absence of Lab Sr. Executive back up his work.
∎ Providing the recipe correction both visually & Data color correction.
∎ Check the customer copy for Merchandising and production card for dyeing floor.
∎ Trained up the Lab assistant and Jr. Lab Assistant.
∎ Make the recipe and give instruction to subordinates to pipet accurately.
∎ Make a target that all the Lab dyeing Machine run all times in each and every shift.
∎ It is mandatory to pass shift to shift information.
∎ Bringing notice of the Group Leader or above any discrepancy in test material, method or equipment.
∎ Maintain proper label confidentiality appropriate business practice in dealing with and for the company and its management.
∎ These are the key duties and responsibilities for the post and they are subject to regular review. Any significant changes to the rule will be subject to consultation.
∎ Any other relates job(s) as assign by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Work location would be at factory
∎ Pleasing personality, ability to deal with the customers with a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
∎ Smart in situation handling.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.
