Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare, Keep record and maintain VAT-11, 16, 17, 18, 19 and monitor VAT activities and update.
∎ Have to prepare daily Bill, account payment and keep documentation of all accounts related activities( like Vehicle bill, Fuel bill & Road cost calculation).
∎ Have to maintain petty cash, depot costing and Internal Audit.
∎ To co-ordinate and liaison with customers, VAT authority and concern govt. regulatory bodies to maintain compliance VAT acts and rules.
∎ To coordinate with operational site, supply chain for VAT related issues and closely attach with depots, factory, vendors.
∎ To prepare product wise daily and monthly VAT Statement when necessary.
∎ Any other duty assigned by management in regard to Customs and VAT.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have very good knowledge in MS Office Program (MS Word, MS Excel).
∎ Can do attitude.
