Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
∎ Understand clients' needs and provide required solutions.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio.
∎ Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
∎ Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
∎ Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including developers and real estate professionals.
∎ Oversee the execution of Interior works from inception to completion.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and successful handover.
∎ Prepare regular reports on business development activities, market trends and project progress.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
