• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office software.
• Motorcycle riding.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand clients` needs and provide required solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including developers and real estate professionals. 
• Oversee the execution of Interior works from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and successful handover. 
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, market trends and project progress.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
