Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide quality leadership for internal & external customers in all assigned links.
- Identify new customer & offer new product opportunities.
- Take strategic plans & reviews
- As per company policy, All Akij Motors vehicles must be sold in cash or installments.
- Ensuring all types of services, including after sales services.
- Providing technical training to customers on vehicle operations.
- Ensuring dealer appointments.
- Selling vehicles of Akij Motors through Dealers.
- Ensuring the safety and maintenance of vehicles displayed at dealer points.
- Collecting installments.
- Verifying Customers who wants to buy vehicles.
- Ensuring renewal of vehicle registration and other documents.
- Confirm the vehicle location via VTS or other means.
- Seizing the vehicles and taking legal actions for non-payment of installments.
- Collecting and storing recovery information.
- Assisting in locating and recovering abandoned vehicles outside police stations and police stations.
- Forecasting Sales requirements.
- Develop visit plan for existing, new & potential clients and execute visits on regular basis.
- Helping achieve sales and recovery targets.
- Prepare and completing sales section plans.
- Special project as assigned.
- Others tasks assigned by the authority or Management.
