∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: knowledge level
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation & review of monthly financial statements and report
∎ Preparation of management report based on the Financial statements
∎ Maintaining all supporting documents of all transaction.
∎ Prepare monthly/yearly branch sales summary and expenses report
∎ • Checking & Posting sales/ Purchase Invoice, Cash payment voucher, Vendor Bill, Vendor Payment, Bank voucher, Treasury Deposit, Term loan, Short Term Loan, Utility bill, advance and other bills.
∎ Prepare & checking Daybook.
∎ Reconcile of Card sales, checking Merchant copy with settlement copy.
∎ Collection & payment posting & reconcile on regular basis
∎ Preparation of Bank and loan reconciliation statement
∎ Accrue bill checking & posting on monthly basis.
∎ Preparation of VAT current account adjustment & reconciliation statement
∎ Monthly Fixed Asset Register Prepare & Depreciation Calculation in Excel
∎ Monthly stock valuation
∎ Other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Expert knowledge in MS Excel, Word, and in any accounting ERP software
∎ Capable to handle multiple tasks & able to work under pressure
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 16000 (Monthly)
