Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in daily administrative tasks and office management.
Maintain and organize physical and digital records.
Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and security issues.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related requirements.
Support HR/Admin in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Handle communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in travel arrangements and hotel bookings for staff, if needed.
Monitor and maintain housekeeping and cleanliness standards.
Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with administrative processes.
