Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture, Diploma (Vocational) in Agriculture
∎ B.Sc in Animal Husbandry will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Animal Husbandry, Farm Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for ensuring all Agriculture activities of the project.
∎ Daily update all kind of register.
∎ Spend at least 75% time for field level technical supports to field staff and other stakeholders of the project.
∎ Developed different training materials, handouts on vegetable, field crop, goat rearing, cow rearing and other topics as necessary.
∎ To coordinate and maintain liaison with different agencies/departments, NGOs and other stakeholders related to livestock for providing technical support in the field.
∎ To prepare and implement the annual plan for providing services under Agriculture & Livestock unit timely and effectively.
∎ To collect and update information regarding Agriculture & Livestock regularly and prepare different progress reports as per Management Required.
∎ To identify or innovative new technology and strategies and to take necessary endeavor, action considering the origination's ability and settings of livestock area.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Documentation and good communication & report writing skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Proficiency in Bangla typing (Bijoy) is mandatory.
∎ Experience in same field will be given preference.
∎ Solution driven, energetic, pro-active, approachable and possesses ability to work with people from different backgrounds.
∎ Have to stay in farm with full accommodation facilities.
∎ Ability to work under pressure in a professional manner.

Salary: Negotiable
