Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities & Context:
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial AC & HVAC systems in the garments production area.
Perform HVAC load calculation and ensure proper cooling as per production floor requirements.
Monitor central AC, split AC, FCU, Refrigeration and ventilation systems.
Identify electrical and mechanical faults of AC systems and take corrective actions.
Ensure uninterrupted cooling support for production floors and critical areas.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth factory operations.
Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and compliance standards.
