∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounts and Finance, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Statistics, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To use daily efficiency data, style-wise, and identify the styles that are behind the plan. If the corrective action plan suggested by the factory does not address the deficiency, then highlight it to the marketing directors so that further slides can be avoided.
∎ To understand the historical efficiency trends for a specific style and do a root cause analysis as to why there is no improvement or deterioration in efficiency
∎ To analyze post-costing styles and discuss remedial actions with the marketing directors.
∎ To analyze the running style cut ship details, and if the factory is going to short ship, highlight it immediately to the respective account heads so that the situation could be arrested.
∎ Other analysis is required by the marketing directors based on the necessities.
∎ To make a weekly report of the finding to be discussed in the management meeting

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Willingness to learn and progress.
∎ Self-driven and result-oriented
∎ A person with personality who could be shaped into a future leader.
∎ Good analytical skills
