Responsibilities & Context:
Manage chart of accounts, customer and supplier records, and core bookkeeping operations including invoices, bills, purchase orders, and reconciliations.
Perform bank, credit card, and payment gateway (PayPal, Stripe, Wise) reconciliations.
Oversee payroll, VAT returns, and financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Handle e-commerce bookkeeping (Amazon, Shopify, eBay) and integrate accounting apps such as Hubdoc, Dext, Bill, and Pipedrive.
Manage budgets, projects, expense claims, and bank loans.
Utilize AI bookkeeping tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely communication and professional support.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Complete monthly KPI reports and maintain a high standard of typing accuracy and speed.
