Job Responsibilities:
∎ Training for worker skill development.
∎ Managing workflow.
∎ Creating and managing team schedules.
∎ Reporting to senior management.
∎ Evaluating performance and providing feedback.
∎ Continuous support to worker about their works difficulties.
∎ Ability to remain calm under pressure.
∎ Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Punctuality and time management skills.
∎ 5S & safety management.
∎ Any other task assigned by the department Manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ English Language Proficiency.
∎ Basic Computer Knowledge of MS Office, Excel etc.
