∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development of training modules for training in both Bangla & English
∎ Preparing activity reports with deliverables
∎ Develop presentations for various target groups for trainings
∎ Maintain a database of all training materials
∎ Test and review created materials by teachers
∎ Conduct teachers quality assessment , surveys and interviews
∎ Develop a schedule to assess training needs for teachers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in training management systems.
∎ In depth knowledge in Java programming.
