∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): EGP Tendering Expert, government tender, Tender Preparation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms, Indenting

Job Context:
∎ (Candidates who are not having working experience on e-GP system and Tendering method/ process are encouraged not to apply for this position)
∎ Engineers, who will be responsible for Sourcing of manufacturer / supplier worldwide in accordance with techno-commercial requirements of tenders, Tender Preparation, submission, working in e-GP system, communication management with Govt. offices etc.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ (Candidates who are not having working experience on e-GP system and Tendering method/ process are encouraged not to apply for this position)
∎ Tender Study, Tender preparation, management, Scrutiny & checking of technical specifications, data, drawings, test reports etc provided by manufacturers, finalization, and submission of tender on e-GP system and manually to the buyer's offices.
∎ Manufacturer/ Supplier/ Vendor/ Principal sourcing worldwide through internet and correspondence with self-intelligence.
∎ Regular/Casual visit to different Substations, Power stations/ sites (buyer's /Utility offices) as and when necessary. Any other works/duties/responsibilities as assigned time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be able to work in a computer network & team working environment with Microsoft Office, Excel, Photoshop, Auto CAD & engineering software.
∎ Excellent skill in English speaking & writing, diversified negotiation & management skill.
∎ Having sound knowledge in Power sector (Generation, transmission & distribution) elements.
∎ Working in similar job nature & relevant experiences in similar sector will be an additional advantage.
