Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering or relevant field from a reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct IT literacy skills need analyses of Friendship Secondary Schools’ Students.
∎ Design IT literacy training module using simple language for Secondary Schools Facilitators/teachers.
∎ Prepare IT training schedule for Secondary Schools Facilitators/teachers.
∎ Conduct a Basic Training (02 Days) and 07 refresher (One Day) training on Digital literacy for Secondary Schools Facilitators/teachers.
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of each training session.
∎ Orient Secondary Schools Facilitators/teachers on cyber security and bullying.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven work experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer or similar role
∎ Experience designing technical course material.
∎ Familiarity with web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniques.
∎ Good understanding on Secondary School student IT literacy competencies.
∎ Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms child friendly.
∎ Pro-active, collaborative and adaptive to changing contexts/situations.
∎ Able to work independently with minimal supervision or Strong writing skills with the ability to write compellingly in different styles according to the product and audience.
∎ Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including influencing.
∎ No violation of child protection issues as well as gender issue
