Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices.
∎ CC TV camera monitoring and ensure its functionality.
∎ Ensure Telephone, Mobile and other electronic communications are functional.
∎ Follow up Internet, Wi-Fi and other intra network are functional.
∎ Checking computer hardware to ensure functionality.
∎ Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
∎ Developing and maintaining local networks in ways that optimize performance.
∎ Ensuring security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
∎ Providing orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
∎ Organizing and scheduling upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.
∎ Performing troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems.
∎ Maintaining records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.
∎ Identifying computer or network equipment shortages and placing orders.
∎ An IT Technician who is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing hardware, software and other components of the organization’s computers. He also support these systems through remote access or site visits as needed by management teams within the company.
∎ The key responsibilities:
