Job Context:
This role focuses on supporting and managing the bank's end-user devices, providing ICT support services, and assisting in 24/7 Data Center operations. It is an entry-to-mid-level position designed for individuals eager to learn and advance their careers in ICT within a banking environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide immediate troubleshooting and resolution for IT hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, UPS) and banking software issues.
Serve as an active member of the ICT support team, adhering to ITIL standards and utilizing the IT Service Desk and Ticketing systems.
Monitor network and internet connectivity, coordinating with ISPs when necessary to ensure stability.
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain IT equipment and utility software.
Perform pre-shift verification of all devices and systems to ensure operational readiness.
Maintain detailed incident logs and promptly escalate critical issues to the central IT team.
Support security infrastructure, including CCTV footage retrieval and access control systems.
Work in rotational shifts (day/night/weekend/holiday) to support 24/7 Data Center Operations, including End of Day (EoD) processing.
