Experience:
Technical Support:
Provide first-level technical support to employees, and resolve issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve common IT problems, such as printer issues, software installations, and network connectivity problems.
Assist users with password resets, account creation, and access control.
Desktop and Laptop Support:
Maintain and support desktop and laptop computers, including hardware and software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
Configure and maintain user accounts and permissions.
Network Support:
Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting the company`s network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
Monitor network performance and identify potential issues.
Software Support:
Install, configure, and maintain various software applications used by the company, including productivity tools, accounting software, and customer relationship management systems.
Help Desk Management:
Manage and prioritize incoming support requests through the help desk system.
Provide timely and accurate responses to user inquiries.·
Documentation:
Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
