∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE from reputed public/private university
∎ Training/Trade Course: Networking,Troubleshoot hardware and software
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware operating system and applications.
∎ Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer and server system networks.
∎ Troubleshooting systems, network problems, and software, hardware faults.
∎ Replacing computer parts as required.
∎ Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
∎ Responsible in IT Infrastructure.
∎ Setting up new user's accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
∎ Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
∎ Maintaining records of software licenses, computer specifications and peripherals.
∎ Managing stocks of IT equipment, consumables and other supplies.
∎ Configuration of routers, switch hubs, access point units.
∎ Co-ordinate with vendors and maintain item requisition and ensure delivery to users
∎ Identify problems and find root cause of recurring incidents
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in airline will be an added advantage
