∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer Operating, Computer Troubleshooting, Desktop hardware, IT Support Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide IT support for desktop, laptop & also require to troubleshoot all IT Equipment & Solving Problems (Printer, Switch, Router, Desktop PC, Laptop & system is used)
∎ Company user's mail configured in Microsoft outlook, Windows Live mail
∎ Identifying and monitoring recurring requirements for all computer/laptop users and formulating and implementing desired solutions for them accordingly
∎ Lead to control security of all technology, IT materials, computers, etc. and manage inventory
∎ Creating design artwork. Having ability to make Company logo, brochure, branding design, Photo editing, Video editing as well
∎ Understanding of Computer power and UPS, Suitable system of power, online and offline UPS Support for Video Conference Zoom, Teams, and other communication platforms
∎ Internetworking concepts and being able to manage office networks
∎ Strong Knowledge on Domain, Hosting, cPanel, SSH
∎ Sound knowledge on ERP installation, maintenance and backup CCTV System (IP Camera), Attendance machine configure & maintenance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
