Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. OS Support:
∎ - Install and configure Operation system to computer
∎ - Troubleshooting operation system related issues
∎ - Ensure all systems are updated with relevant Windows Security Patches and Updates.
∎ 2. Hardware Support:
∎ - Troubleshooting computer hardware related issues
∎ - Troubleshooting UPS related issues
∎ - Maintaining hardware’s in healthy condition
∎ 3. System Support:
∎ - Installation of hardware and software as well as peripherals
∎ - Installed, maintain and troubleshoot software.
∎ - Installed and configure antivirus.
∎ 4. Network Support:
∎ - Install and configure LAN and WAN
∎ - Troubleshoot network related issues
∎ 5. PBX and Telephone Support:
∎ - Telephony Applications, Hardware and Infrastructure installation, configuration and support
∎ - Troubleshoot PABX and Telephone related issues
∎ 6. Third Party Co-ordination:
∎ - Coordinate with third parties for equipment and software
∎ - Coordinate with service providers for link (PRI, SITA, and Internet) issues and failures.
∎ 7. Documentation:
∎ - Document any system installation (Hardware / Software) and related process.
∎ 8. Asset Control and Inventory:
∎ - When install / remove new or old IT equipment inform respective IT controller to update the station IT inventory.
∎ 9. Monthly Support Call Logs:
∎ - Maintain service log history.
∎ - Generate support call reports.
