Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure internet connectivity, digital literacy class and device maintenance.
∎ Provide digital service support to the community people from the computer.
∎ Provide support to organizing and conduct SMC and parents’ meetings.
∎ Ensure device maintenance, internet connectivity and digital literacy class:
∎ Provide support to set-up computer lab or centre and internet connectivity.
∎ Ensure security of his assign schools Laptop and internet connectivity equipment.
∎ Provide technical support to his assign schools facilitators and students in digital literacy practical class.
∎ Provide support to develop Basic IT Literacy curriculum.
∎ Provide support to develop digital literacy class schedule and follow-up accordingly.
∎ Follow-up digital literacy class through check list and share findings with programme manager.
∎ Regularly monitor or check computer lab equipment functionality and ensure smooth operation.
∎ Provide necessary support during inter-schools’ connectivity programme.
∎ Prepare a schedule to ensure digital service for community people.
∎ Provide digital service to the community people following the schedule.
∎ Maintain a service register to keep record and share with programme manager.
∎ Provide support to develop materials and organize SMC and parents meeting on digital literacy.
∎ Compile the meeting decision and share with programme manager.
∎ Take necessary action to implement the meeting decision.
∎ Responsibilities:
