Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, ECE, EEE, IT or other related discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configure and deploy network devices at various locations in project offices as well as camp locations to ensure network connectivity anywhere within the office.
∎ Maintain and troubleshoot data connectivity of the project offices.
∎ Design and deploy functional networks and assist to design, new LAN & Wi-Fi expansion in project offices and Warehouses (LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN)
∎ Assist in deploying new network-related hardware and software, maintain and troubleshoot data connectivity of the project offices
∎ Communicate with vendors/local ISPs for data connectivity-related issues and resolve the problem.
∎ Maintaining IT switches, routers, firewalls, inventory, and checking physical connectivity.
∎ Manages and coordinates all IT-related general matters including data, wireless communications, security, and computer hardware and software.
∎ Trouble-shoots and solves problems related to hardware, software, and network problems About Computer.
∎ Servicing & troubleshooting all types of Printers, Scanner, Online/Offline UPS, IPS, Biometric Attendance Systems
∎ Maintenance of Multimedia Projector, Interactive Flat Panel, Smart TV, PABX Systems, Online Video Conference systems
∎ Surveillance system (DVR, NVR & IP Camera) Installation, Configuration & Monitoring, and troubleshooting
∎ Have to provide any kind of IT Support & Any other job assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good hands-on skills with IT infrastructure and network.
∎ Understanding of fundamental IT concepts with good ideas about IT infrastructure and enterprise network.
∎ Positive attitude towards professional excellence.
∎ Ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a team.
∎ Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to work independently.
∎ Effective team player with ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
∎ Strong technical and positive attitude.
∎ Experience in Network Support will be necessary
∎ Strong fundamentals of networking protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, ARP, DNS, DHCP
∎ Ability to learn new technology very fast
∎ Ability to handle everything smoothly especially entire organizations IT related issues
