Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering or relevant field from a reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure device maintenance of computer centre at schools.
∎ Install, Maintenance & Troubleshoot of laptop and network-related equipment like routers and 3G/4G modem at school.
∎ Provide digital service support to the community people from the computer centres during designated hours.
∎ Provide support to organizing and conducting SMC and parents’ meetings.
∎ Provide necessary technical support to the teachers during IT literacy sessions for the students.
∎ Provide technical support to the students in the computer centres.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Clear concept about the Internet, IP, LAN, and WAN.
∎ Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Projector, Android mobile, and TAB basic troubleshooting.
∎ Install, Maintenance & Troubleshoot network-related equipment like routers and 3G/4G modem.
∎ Capable of making UTP patch cord/modular.
∎ Good knowledge about Microsoft Windows OS installation and data backup.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Physically fit and willing for the regular field visit.
