Responsibilities & Context:

We run multiple IT workstreams—Tech Support, Infrastructure, Web & Software Development—supporting fast-growing education platforms and internal systems. We need a hands-on IT Project Manager to centralize planning, coordinate across team leads, and make sure the right work gets done on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate & maintain the cross-team IT project/task portfolio; ensure clear scope, owner & deadline.
• Run intake & prioritization; align requests with business goals and team capacity.
• Track daily progress; remove blockers; escalate risks & delays to Head of IT.
• Rebalance people/budget; reduce idle time, duplicate effort, and stalled tasks.
• Coordinate releases/changes across infra & dev to protect uptime and user impact.
• Maintain risk, issue & change logs; drive mitigation and rollback readiness.
• Deliver weekly status dashboards & KPI reports (schedule, spend, resource use).
• Support vendor milestones, invoices, and acceptance sign-offs (as assigned).
• Improve processes & tooling (Jira/Service Desk/etc.); standardize handoffs from support tickets to projects.
• Lead post-implementation reviews; capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Communicate clearly with technical & non-technical stakeholders across time zones.
