Qualification:

• Proven experience in IT product service, including troubleshooting and repairing computers, laptops, printers, and IT accessories.

• Technical knowledge of hardware and software components.

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Communication and customer service skills.

• Provide technical support and service for IT products, including Printers, Computers, Laptops, and accessories.

• Motherboard repair quality will be treated as an advantage.

• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

• To check & perform warranty/replacement procedures of retailer & corporate customers.

• Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of IT products and related software.

• Assist customers in the retail shop with technical inquiries and product selection.

• Stay updated on the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT service.

• Perform any other technical tasks assigned by the Manager.
