Responsibilities & Context:
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting
Ensure smooth operation of LAN, WAN, internet, and email systems
Maintain and monitor servers, routers, switches, and other IT equipment
Provide technical support to office users
Maintain data security and backup systems
Monitor CCTV and other security systems
Perform regular system updates and maintenance
