Job Context:
∎ The IT officer is responsible for oversight of the following:
∎ IT Officer is accountable to design, implement, facilitate & coordinate the overall activities of IT Support in Education Sector including computer (Hardware, Software, Networking), Phone/Internet, photocopier, Multimedia, Printer etc.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To strength the existing computer system and setup need based new programs within the Education Sector.
∎ To take necessary steps (i. e. repair and replacement) to solve computer related problems including hardware, software & Networking.
∎ To build local area network for the sector and to monitor the network as well as to trouble shoot the network difficulties.
∎ To take necessary steps to connect the computers to the internet and to ensure the proper use of internet as per instruction of Institute high authority.
∎ To help the purchase department while purchasing computer equipment and accessories.
∎ To help the staffs of the Education sector to enrich their technical knowledge regarding the use of computer.
∎ To prepare and circulate different literature, hand note, manual with updated information related to computer use and circulate the users.
∎ To attend different meeting, workshop, seminar, related to IT and inform management accordingly.
∎ To take necessary action to solve any problem in the telecommunication system (PABX, Internet etc.) of the Sector.
∎ To monitor the photocopier machine of the Education Sector and to take necessary steps to solve the problems of the machine.
∎ To carry out another task of Information Technology & related work delegated by the higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should be experienced in following areas: Computer Office Application, Hardware and Networking, Database Programming, Graphics Design and Multimedia.
∎ The candidate should have minimum two years working experience on Web Page Designing.
∎ Age and Educational Background will be relaxed for the experienced candidates.
∎ 4 years Diploma in Engineering Computer Technology and having knowledge on Syllabus of SSC Vocational and Basic Short Courses.
∎ The candidate must have experience in managing class according to the Bangladesh Technical Education Board.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)

∎ After 6 months, if he/she becomes the permanent employee of the organization, other benefits will be offered as per the organizational policy like provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance, medical aid etc.
