∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Support Service, Network Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide IT support to end user for their Desktop, Laptop, e-mail, Wi-Fi, Printer, Modem, scanner, Fax & others IT equipment.
∎ Design, implement and maintain Network system LAN, WAN, Internet Security, VPN, Internet Connectivity Product (Switch, Mikrotik router, Firewall, Storage Backup, Access control)
∎ Monitor IT network System to maintain smooth/uninterrupted operations including LAN/WAN
∎ Install & Configure windows10, windows server and Monitor to maintain server (DNS, Active directory, file server, web server, FTP, TCP/IP)
∎ Setup NVR/DVR, Maintain and ensure recording of IP camera & CCTV.
∎ Configure and install Router, Switch, Wi-Fi, windows Servers.
∎ Must be technically sound on troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and connectivity problems and determine the source of computer problems and provide possible solutions.
∎ Ensure data backup system is maintained while administering disaster recovery plan
∎ Maintain documentation for departmental work.
∎ Purchase of IT equipment.
