Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Network & Infrastructure Management: Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, internet connectivity, printers, and other IT infrastructure across production units and office premises.
∎ System & Server Administration: Monitor and manage file servers, email servers, and backup systems to ensure data security and system uptime.
∎ Hardware Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, scanners, barcode machines, and other IT-related hardware.
∎ IT Asset Management: Maintain inventory and logs of all IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and accessories.
