Responsibilities & Context:
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining CCTV systems.
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Verify functionality of hardware and software components.
Repairing equipment and replacing parts, checking computer equipment for electrical safety.
Setting up accounts for staff, educate them on log in and resolve issues arising.
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
Restricting access to unauthorized site, downloads and users.
Coordinates IT purchases (hardware, software and services) to ensure effective deployment of solutions aligned with user needs.
Maintaining records of software licenses.
Cooperating HR team in maintaining ERP data.
Any other task assigned by the management.
