Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
∎ Identify and implement innovative technologies to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.
∎ Manage and maintain the organization's IT systems, including servers, networks, databases, and software applications.
∎ Implement and enforce robust data security protocols, safeguarding sensitive company and customer information through regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
∎ Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
∎ Develop and maintain a comprehensive backup and disaster recovery plan to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
∎ Assist in creating and managing the IT budget, tracking expenses, and optimizing resource allocation.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning through coaching, training, and professional development opportunities.
∎ Research and recommend technology upgrades and innovations to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
∎ Explore and implement cloud-based solutions, virtualization technologies, and remote access solutions to optimize IT infrastructure.
∎ Implement robust network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and network monitoring tools.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to streamline and optimize business processes.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality.
