Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Erp software, Information technology, SAP, System Administration
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Responsible for the overall functioning of the Textile ERP Applications (WFX) and Planning Applications to ensure the application runs without errors and within defined response times.
∎ • Understand the business processes, ERP security protocols and help identify ways to streamline workflow and integrate into the system.
∎ • Generates, maintains, promotes, and achieves the plans and schedules for improving application quality, enhancement opportunities, and new project development.
∎ • Partners with business units to answer questions and ensures user requests are completed as specified within the time required.
∎ • Monitor the creation of user entries and enable access to the ERP system as per role specifications and assign access to each unique user based on organizational hierarchy and role specifications
∎ • Provides first-line supervision for team members with regards to workload, professional development, and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
∎ • Manages technical staff in supporting the ERP ecosystem. Includes leading staff in expanding their understanding of the system’s functionality, business processes, and new technical skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ • Identify, address & fix program bugs in the system and daily coordination with the Software provider with regards to support and project requirements, deliverables, issues, status, etc.
∎ • Provides regular updates on project activities and daily operations to the department director.
∎ • Ensures technical documentation is current and complete for all aspects of the system.
∎ • Helps with the coordination and leadership of projects and activities involving the ERP system and its capabilities, including integrations, enhancements, and deployments.
∎ • Performing the work to compare actual performance with planned performance, analyze variances, to assess trends to effect process.
