Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Manager -IT to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company`s computing needs and manage the Deployment Plan, Design, Monitoring, Maintenance, Upgrade, and Support of all current IT systems including ERP operation.
∎ The successful candidate must have improved skills, proven professional experience and detailed knowledge of the industry`s best practice processed
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing and determining time frames for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades and migrations.
∎ Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management
∎ Manage Information Technology and Computer systems and lead the team.
∎ Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and Electronic data Operations.
∎ Look after the CC camera, server, network security, Back-up procedure, attendance systems and prepare proposals to upgrade those in a regular interval.
∎ Install and configure systems such as Windows Domain Controllers, VMWare, Hyper-V, Terminal Servers, Printer Servers, VPN Servers, etc.
∎ Support the ERP system and manage and coordinate the people who are relating to ERP.
∎ Manage IT staff by training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
∎ Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
∎ Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
∎ Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
∎ Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
∎ Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.
∎ Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
∎ Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
∎ Running and sharing regular operation system reports with Top Management.
