Educational Requirements:
∎ [Essential] Minimum Bachelor degree (CSE / IT or equivalent).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer skill, Customer Support, Hardware & Networking, IT Support Service, IT System Management, Software Implementation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ Internship period: 6-12 Months.
∎ Internship contract will be extended based on the learning & job performance of Intern and also considering the organizational need.
∎ Intern is required to travel any other place outside of base station as per the Team requirement.
∎ He/she must have the positive attitude to transfer & serve anywhere in Bangladesh as per organizational need (After learning and serving for 6 Months in the same base location).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to maintain & provide all kinds of IT Technical support.
∎ Support to asses the root cause of any ICT problem and solve accordingly.
∎ Assist to ensure the Installation of Operating System (Windows, Mac) & other Software.
∎ Provide Technical support for both hardware and software issues of user.
∎ Setup IP based Printer camera Scanner etc.
∎ Ensure regular update and upgrade user's PC as per new requirement.
∎ Maintain IT asset register.
∎ Solve the general PC / Laptop Hardware problems Printer, Etc.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.
∎ Report and provide information timely or as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Capable to Maintain & provide all kind of IT Technical support.
∎ Capable to asses any root cause of any problem.
∎ Must have knowledge of Installation of Operating System (Windows, Mac) & other Software.
∎ Provide Technical support for both hardware and software issues of users.
∎ Good knowledge about Network cabling, LAN Network maintenance.
∎ Have the capacity to setup IP base Printer camera Scanner etc.
∎ Good command in English Language.
∎ Have good knowledge on General PC / Laptop Hardware problems Printer, Etc.
∎ Positive attitude.
∎ Have willingness and good health condition to travel anywhere within the country as per job requirement.
∎ Good report writing and documentation skill.
∎ Capability to meet the deadline.
∎ Interns must demonstrate a good moral life.
∎ Effective Communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical skills.
∎ Proven experience as a team player.
∎ Self-Motivated.
