• Provide technical support for office systems, laptops, internet, and software-related issues

• Assist in managing and maintaining the company’s e-commerce website and admin panel

• Monitor product uploads, website performance, and basic troubleshooting activities

• Support digital tools, email systems, and cloud-based platforms used by the company

• Assist in managing website content, banners, product information, and data updates

• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for technical support requirements

• Help maintain customer databases, order management systems, and internal records

• Monitor cybersecurity practices, system backups, and antivirus protection

• Assist in troubleshooting payment gateway, login, or website-related technical issues

• Support social media and digital platform integrations when required

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and networking devices

• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and IT inventory records

• Learn and support basic SEO, website optimization, and digital system operations

• Work closely with senior management to improve operational efficiency through technology

• Perform additional IT and technical support tasks assigned by the supervisor
