Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Knowledge in IT management of Software development/ IT service provider.
∎ Shall have demonstrated experience in and a fundamental understanding of basic networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
∎ Must have strong verbal, and written communication skills in English.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to multi-task and be a quick learner.
∎ Accurate and attention to detail; self-motivated.
∎ Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.
∎ Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.
∎ Check, update, and close tickets on IT support from ticket system.
∎ System administration, networking sector.
∎ Assist IT team during conducting internal audit whether IM/IT Policy is practiced by the users.
∎ Remuneration: BDT 10,000 (per month)
∎ Partially Subsidized Lunch Facilities
∎ 5 working days (Weekends: Sat & Sun)

∎ Education:
