Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.

Job Context:
∎ This position is seeking a dynamic candidate who is proactive and willing to learn to deliver the learnings efficiently as an Intern for the IT Department.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and network.
∎ Assist with hardware & software troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.
∎ Check, update, and close tickets on IT support from ticket system.
∎ Assist IT team during conducting internal audit whether IM/IT Policy is practiced by the users.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Shall have demonstrated experience in and a fundamental understanding of basic networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to multi-task and be a quick learner.
∎ Accurate and attention to detail; self-motivated.
∎ Must have strong verbal, and written communication skills in English.
∎ CCNA, RHCSA, MTCNA certified is preferable.

Salary: Tk. 10000 (Monthly)

∎ 2 weekends (Saturday-Sunday).
