- Knowledge in IT management of Software development/ IT service provider
- Shall have demonstrated experience in and a fundamental understanding of basic networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Must have strong verbal, and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and be a quick learner.
- Accurate and attention to detail; self-motivated.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities & Context:
- Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.
- Check, update, and close tickets on IT support from ticket system.
- System administration, networking sector.
- Assist IT team during conducting internal audit whether IM/IT Policy is practiced by the users.
