Responsibilities & Context:
  • Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle E-Business Suite and related applications.        

  • Perform ongoing maintenance and support for Oracle databases and applications.       

  • Monitor system performance and optimize as necessary.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve database and application-related issues.       

  • Implement security measures to safeguard data and ensure compliance with regulations.       

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application development and deployment.       

  • Document processes, procedures, and configurations.        

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite architecture and components.        

  • Experience with Oracle Database Administration (Oracle 11g, 12c, 19c).      

  • Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite R12.x. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.       

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Datatex Technical Team, ERP Core Team Members, ERP Functional Team Members, etc. for requirement collection and development.      

  • Core Development lead to Performing coding & and technical assignments for Datatex Now ERP (Configuration, Reporting, etc.)       

  • Perform coding and technical assignments related to ERP integrations.       

  • System Deployment and Management: Efficiently deploy, manage, and operate various systems and services within the cloud, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.       

  • Maintain and optimize both on-premises and cloud environments while ensuring stability, availability, and performance.       

  • Ensure the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and design patterns to ensure high-quality code and maintainable software solutions.        

  • Identify and address technical challenges and risks, proposing appropriate solutions and mitigation strategies.      

  • Stay updated with the latest Insurance industry trends and emerging technologies, suggesting innovative solutions to improve the application`s performance and functionality.       

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.       

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
