Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat regarding networking issues.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems, including connectivity issues, configuration errors, and hardware failures.
∎ Perform network diagnostics, analysis, and monitoring to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
∎ Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
∎ Document and maintain records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
∎ Assist with network infrastructure setup, configuration, and maintenance tasks as needed.
∎ Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and industry trends.
∎ Corporate Care seeks a highly skilled Computer Networking Engineer to play a pivotal role in driving the BPO industry. We are looking for candidates with significant experience in IT Helpdesk Support for foreign clients.
