Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Corporate Care is seeking fresh Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) graduates who are interested in working night shifts and have an excellent command of English. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Americans and should possess strong knowledge of computer networks, internet protocols, and computer hardware.

∎ 1. Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat regarding networking issues.
∎ 2. Computer Network Configuration: Assist with network infrastructure setup, configuration, and maintenance tasks as needed.
∎ 3. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems, including connectivity issues, configuration errors, and hardware failures.
∎ 4. Network Monitoring: Perform network diagnostics, analysis, and monitoring to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
