Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advise C-suite and business leaders on a broad range of technology, strategy, and policy issues associated with IT (Information Technology and Information Management)
∎ Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy to inform business decisions
∎ Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals – considering cloud
∎ Prepare cost benefits analysis reports when upgrades are necessary, Managing IT budgets, forecast and enforcing cost-effectiveness
∎ Ensure network components meet needs and work together seamlessly, using the full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitive solutions
∎ Continuously analyze current processes, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement
∎ Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed
∎ Develop and execute disaster procedures, and maintain data backups
∎ Evaluating risk, developing network recovery and backup processes
∎ Assuring that IT activities are within the limits of applicable laws, codes and regulations
∎ Testing, troubleshooting and adjusting information systems to operate effectively
∎ Implementing security of the network, data and its storage and communication systems
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 10+ years’ experience in IT management of Software development/ IT service provider
∎ Strong and proven expertise in Cloud Services for DevOps/ITOps
∎ Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (MS Exchange, Active Directory, and other Windows-based systems), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring
∎ Professional Certification in various IT related domain
∎ Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Ability to articulate and clearly communicate the solution scope, timeline and benefits with clients, internal team as well as tough messaging in a professional manner.
∎ Ability to develop strong working relationships with all relevant parties, particularly at the senior management level
